What we are looking for:

  • Microsoft ecosystem maximisation and adoption – ensure that we are making the best use of available Microsoft applications and tools, specifically focusing on centralisation, collaboration and automation
  • Systems development and support – facilitate development and support for business systems
  • Data engineering and visualisation – maintaining data systems, their datasets, reports and visualisations
  • Process improvement - research and analyse departmental and organisational requirements and translate these into improved and efficient workflows, reports and systems

Skills, knowledge & expertise required for the role:

Experience:

  • Demonstratable experience utilising Microsoft’s 365 ecosystem as a productivity and collaboration suite, including the power platform
  • Demonstrable exposure to core business systems such as CRMs (Tessitura, Nexudus), Finance (iplicit), HR (PeopleHR), Events Management (DIESE, Tessitura). Knowledge of the specified systems is desirable, but not essential
  • Demonstratable experience designing, building and managing data systems, including modern data platforms
  • Successful track record of managing process or system improvements from start to finish

Skills:

  • Keen understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem tools, particularly around automation and collaboration. 
  • Keen understanding of technical systems and their underlying infrastructure, including databases and integrations. 
  • Keen understanding of data management practices 
  • Intermediate project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
