HR Systems Administrator

What you'll be doing... Acting as the first point of contact for Dayforce queries from employees, managers and HR colleagues. Investigating and resolving a wide range of system issues, including access, self-service, scheduling, timesheets and absence management. Supporting and guiding users on how to get the best from the Dayforce system. Maintaining and updating system configuration, organisational structures and employee records. Performing routine system checks to ensure data integrity and compliance. Supporting testing of system updates, enhancements and new functionality. Creating and maintaining user guides and support documentation. Identifying opportunities to improve processes, data quality and the overall user experience. Working collaboratively with HR, Payroll, IT and third-party providers to resolve complex issues and support ongoing HRIS projects. Working Pattern: Monday to Friday | 8am - 4:30pm | Hybrid working Job ID: 7305 What can you bring? Experience supporting HR, payroll or workforce management systems. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical information in a simple, user-friendly way. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Confidence building relationships with stakeholders at all levels. It would be great if you also have: Experience administering Dayforce or another HR/HCM system. Knowledge of workforce management, scheduling and timesheet processes. Experience maintaining HR system configuration and master data. An understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
