Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our global human resources team on fixed term contract basis.

We are developing the analytics at Turner & Townsend, so require someone who can interrogate, challenge, identify trends and provide recommendations.  As well as being analytical with some understanding of Microsoft software, you will have a hunger to improve how data is provided and collected.

The Global HR Systems Analyst will support day-to-day human resources systems data management, ensure data integrity, and develop analytics across Turner & Townsend. Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide support and guidance for the HR information system, resolving issues in collaboration with team colleagues, system suppliers, and internal IT support
  • Manage data integrity, security, and SOX compliance controls within HR systems
  • Produce and analyse management information for various global regions, identifying trends and providing recommendations
  • Develop user guidance and training materials for system operations
  • Oversee and improve data quality procedures, including software testing for new and upgraded functionality
  • Manage the iTrent FreshService mailbox, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
  • Continuously seek opportunities to enhance data collection and reporting processes

Qualifications

  • Proficient with using iTrent (HRIS) is essential
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel etc)
  • Works well under pressure and with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to develop reports using standard reporting tools and to analyse and manipulate large datasets using excel
  • Ability to take responsibility for own workload and prioritise effectively to ensure that deadlines are met whilst delivering a responsive support service and ensuring that projects and developments are progressed in a timely way

 

  • Displays a range of effective written and verbal communication skills: clear, concise and articulate, appropriate to the needs of our customers; supporting other team colleagues

Technical experience

  • iTrent System Administration (essential)
  • Microsoft Excel skills (essential)
  • Mathematical and statistical background (preferable)
