POSITION OVERVIE

The HR Systems Sr. Analyst will ensure that our HR performance processes and Performance Review System (viaPeople) align to support Houlihan Lokey management needs, they will be responsible for gathering business needs & requirements, developing solutions, and working with leadership, HR Ops team and the vendor to build viable solutions. This person will be responsible for gathering requirements reviewing and revising all viaPeople configurations and processes related to each performance cycle, continuous process improvement, and new business process development and design. In collaboration with the HR Ops management, develop processes to maintain and audit the accuracy and completeness of performance data. They will collaborate with HR, IT, the lines of business, and other stakeholders to ensure that our systems align with organizational goals, support fair and competitive practices, and drive a high-performance culture.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements and enhancements.
  • Lead the configuration each mid-year and year-end performance cycle
  • Provide support in system and cycle based communications and reporting
  • Maintain, review, and revise HR Performance Processes with global mindset
  • Lead, design, and implement HR Performance System (viaPeople) functionality with the support of IT or the vendor
  • Identify areas of opportunity to improve performance processes, functionality, and/or workflow
  • Gather business requirements and design reporting and dashboard solutions within the performance system (viaPeople) in collaboration with HR and the lines of business.
  • Review day-to-day emails/ServiceNow Cases and reply to process questions and system issues.
  • Create and maintain business process documentation
  • Stay abreast of new functionalities, industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices across various systems.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain security protocols.

Key attributes / requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  •  5+ years of relevant work experience in Human Resources, Performance Management, HR Systems management or related field.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working with Performance/HRIS systems and system integrations.
  • Proven project management capabilities, including experience running multiple projects simultaneously with overlapping deadlines and an ability to deal with ambiguity, prioritization, time pressures and adhere to deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
