Bird and Bird are looking for a systems specialist to join the Global
HR Systems team following the recent implementation of SAP
SuccessFactors. The Global HR Systems Team is based in London and Hong Kong.
Phase one of our PeopleConnect project went live in September 2025
with Employee Central, Time Off and Onboarding modules, across our
global offices in 22 countries.
The Senior HR Systems Analyst is the global subject matter expert for
Time Off in SAP SuccessFactors. You will be responsible for managing
issues and change requests, gathering requirements, supporting design
and configuration, governance and adoption of time off solutions
across multiple countries.
As part of the Global HR Systems Team you will work closely with
workstream leads, HR teams, key stakeholders and our external support
partner to ensure we meet busness requirements and help deliver HR's
systems roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
Be the Global lead and subject matter expert for SAP
SuccessFactors Time Off
Own the end - to - end design, configuration, and ongoing
optimisation of Time Off policies, rules, period-end-processing
Manage Time Off issues and change requests, collaborating with HR
teams to gather requirements and offer recommendations for
continuous improvement
Work with our external support partner to translate business needs
into functional design, configuration approaches, and clear documentation
W ork with HR Solution Lead for any cross module design and to
ensure global design principles are adhered to
Work with Reporting Lead to ensure any reporting needs are met
Lead Time Off - related enhancements, releases, and global
rollouts end - to - end
Create and maintain functional design documents, configuration
workbooks, and user guidance
Provide additional support to other workstreams, such as Employee
Central, Reporting when required
Coach and mentor team members, as required
What you'll bring
Strong functional and technical understanding of SAP
SuccessFactors Time Off
Understanding and experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Experience working within global SAP SuccessFactors projects
Experience working alongside a support partner
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
A self-starter who is highly motivated
Work collaboratively with other team members across workstreams
Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and Reporting
would be adventageous (desirable)
