People Systems Administrator
£32,000 – £35,000 | 12-month FTC | Hybrid (Bristol + home)

We’re working with a respected charity to recruit a People Systems Administrator to support the rollout of a new volunteering system and new functionality within their HR & Payroll system. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys system configuration, problem-solving and improving user experience.
The Role
- Configure, test and help implement two key people systems
- Work closely with HR, Volunteering and project teams to gather requirements
- Maintain data accuracy, user permissions and GDPR compliance
- Produce system documentation, user guides and training materials
- Support Agile project activity, integrations and supplier liaison
- Provide training and support to system users
About You
Essential:
- Strong IT system administration experience
- Experience in configuring Volunteering and/or HR systems and improving workflows
- Good understanding of data protection
- Experienced working in project environments (Agile desirable)
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to learn new systems quickly and support others
- Must live within commuting distance of Bristol.
Desirable:
- Experience with HRIS and/or volunteering systems
- Experience with system integrations
- Understanding of the volunteer or employee lifecycle
